Choosing your crochet bag

For summer and the market: an open-weave tote. For town: a structured half-moon or a wooden bead handle. For travel: the backpack or the shoulder bag. For winter: the pearl grey ribbed stitch.

Care

Shake the bag to remove dust; dab a stain with cold water and a mild soap, then dry flat in the shade. Never machine wash.

Does a crochet bag lose its shape?

Very little if it’s stored empty and flat; lined or tightly stitched designs hold their shape best.

Will a laptop fit?

No: these are everyday bags, for a phone, a wallet, keys and a few small things.
